January 10, 2009 - Technical Team of Deshi Television has successfully implemented new advanced Flash Player for viewing its Online WebTV. Viewers can now easily watch all video contents more sharper with this new advanced Flash Player from January 10th 2009 onwards show. The advantage of this new advanced Falsh Player provides viewers to maximize the video to full screen mode by clicking the MAXIMIZE Button from the Right Corner of the status bar.

November 09, 2008 - Deshi Television has launched its New Division "DeshiTV News Network". The objective of this new wing of Deshi Television will broadcast its each news related episode that will bring together true news story of our motherland and the world news to all the people who live in Canada and love our motherland. For this occation, a dinner party and launching ceremony of DeshiTV News Network was held on Sunday, November 9, 2008 at the Premium Banquet Hall, 2360 Lucknow Drive, Mississauga, ON L5S 1H3. October 04, 2008 - Deshi Television's bi-weekly half-hour "Bangla Bichitra" show will now continue airing every alternate Saturday from 9:30am - 10:00am and the following Tuesday from 6:00pm - 6:30pm (only Toronto area) and Thursday from 6:00am - 6:30am (only Toronto area) onwards at the same channels through Rogers Television.
