DeshiTV Membership Rules & Regulations


	All members of DeshiTV, who enrols, hereby agree its membership rules & regulations stated below. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before proceed.

	1.	I agree not to perform, participate or involve at any other local TV show, TV station and/or TV Channel in Canada other than DeshiTV.

	2.	I agree not to involve and/or participate any kind of production that has been produced or created by any local TV Company/Show in Canada.

	3.	I agree that I will not join any other TV Company or TV organization as a member or engage myself to start any organization, which will be in competition or in conflict of interest with DeshiTV.

	4.	I agree to perform or participate any production that has been produced, developed/created or organized by DeshiTV whenever required and assigned to me, subject to my time availability or my choice of interest.

	5.	I understand that DeshiTV always promotes my performance through its TV show or production whenever necessary.

	6.	I agree to grant permission to DeshiTV to allow to use my name, portrait, picture, video and biographical portfolio to broadcast, advertise and publicize through its TV show, WebTV, 24-hour tellyLIVE24 channel, Website, News publicity or publication in connection with representation.

	7.	I understand and agree that the DeshiTV is not liable or responsible to promote my talent or involve me for my performance to any of its or third-party’s production or stage/event show for my benefit.

	8.	I further agree that I can perform and/or involve with any third-party stage/event show at any time I want, which does not conflict with DeshiTV’s policies.

	9.	I agree that I will always perform and/or involve in any production for DeshiTV show as a volunteer whenever needed and not demand any kind of numeration for that performance.

	10.	I agree to work professionally and sincerely with DeshiTV management and production team to produce quality TV production and to cooperate honestly to fulfill my all assignments to complete the production on time that is assigned to me from the DeshiTV.

	11.	I agree that if I participate or involve in any kind of activity that destroys or conflicts DeshiTV’s reputation, credentials or its corporate policies, then the management of DeshiTV has full rights to take appropriate action against me for such behavior or action.

	12.	I understand and agree that I will keep all confidentially and will not use, sell, market or disclose any Confidential information to any third person competition, TV Channel, production company, corporation, or association of for any purpose. I further agree that I will not create any duplication of the Confidential Information except upon the written authorization of DeshiTV, and will not consult or share of any Confidential matters with anyone without such authorization.

Declaration:
I certify that I am at least 18 years old. If the member is a minor, it is certified that guardian is the true lawful guardian of the member.

Applicable Law:
These above stated terms & regulations are construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Country of Canada in the Province of Ontario and any applicable Federal lay when both parties.

Contract Agreement Binding:
After the signature has been made by the applicant and the application has been approved by the management of Deshi Television, bindings between the applicant as a member & the DeshiTV has been established and bonded together based on all the terms & regulations listed above, which has been fully agreed by the applicant.
